A Pulaski County car accident tragically killed a 51-year-old woman early Saturday morning, May 23, according to the LEX 18 news source.  The Lexington area accident occurred on Kentucky 196 when a 16-year-old driver lost control of his car, crossed over the center line, and struck the vehicle of Kathy Kingsley.  After the fatal Lexington accident, Kinsley had to be cut out of her car and was pronounced dead at the scene.  The other driver was taken to the hospital.
